Lily Rabe
American actress Lily Rabe. Her most famous work is her various roles on the FX anthology horror series American Horror Story (2011-2021). For her role as Portia, in Broadway's production of The Merchant of Venice she was nominated to the Tony Award for Best Actress. She has appeared in films like What Just Happened (2008) and Pawn Sacrifice (2010). Miss Stevens (2016), Golden Exits 2017 and Vice (2018). Fractured (2019). Rabe has also been featured on the TV The Whispers series The Whispers (2015). The Undoing (2020), The Underground Railroad (2211) and The First Lady (2222). Rabe's screen debut was in 2001 alongside Jill Clayburgh, her mother. In Massachusetts she made her stage debut with the Gloucester Stage Company. Two one-act productions by Israel Horovitz, Speaking Well of the Dead, and The Crazy Girl, by Frank Pugliese were the roles which brought her an Equity Card. In 2003, she returned with the Gloucester Stage Company to star in Proof by David Auburn. In the same year, she was in Mona Lisa Smile. After she graduated her studies, she returned to New York. Deirdre A. O'Connor presented White Jesus to the Naked Angels Theater Company The show was a series that featured one-act plays.
